For a quick lunch it's hard to beat McDonalds!!! Love their fries!!! Only problem is, this place has the slowest and most poor service of just about any McDonalds I've ever been to!!! It's very seldom that they get my order correct. Almost always have to go back up to the counter to get an item they've forgotten!!!!
In previous visits, I was pleased. This was not the case today. Long wait. In addition, one guy and his daughter had waited 1/2 hour for his food. Another lady's order was wrong and was waiting for it to be corrected. Seemed like it was VERY disorganized!
Just sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes! Finally called inside and the lady answered and seemed like she would take my order but NOPE!! All's I wanted was a nice HOT CARMEL MOCHA! So I sat at the window for another 5 minutes and they handed me a COLD COFFEE! No just give me a refund! Cabin Coffee it is!!
We went through the drive-through at the Rice Lake McDonald's. They were very busy with a long wait in line and we were still waiting once we arrived at the window for food. The staff was polite, but we could tell the food was put together in a hurry. The burrito was barely wrapped and the cheese was half off my sandwich, but they were good.
Terrible customer service and the LONGEST wait in the world!!! I waited over 15 minutes for my order! Even restaurants are faster than them! I will NEVER go back!
