First Lutheran Church has an amazing pastor. The Pastor can make your hair stand up on end with his sermons. They are strong and well explained. He looks at the CONGREGATION with truthfulness and love. He wants to know who we are and what we need from him and the First Lutheran church. He's honest and will always speak the truth. God chose him as his messenger and God does not make mistakes. People come to see the church, visit with him and here his sermons. The spiritual songs can bring joyful tears and say what you've longed to say. The atmosphere is calmness, smiles, people visiting one another and singing the songs with faith, hope and strength. Anyone of any age can come. Come as you are. EVERYONE is welcomed. It's an easy going church and the Pastor is always available for any needs, questions or comments. I love this church, our community involvement, staff and congregation. People really care about each other. We come to praise our LORD AND MASTER. We keep GOD'S First Lutheran Church to look and feel as The House of Our GOD..You're welcomed to any scheduled mass. The 8:30 mass is traditional. The 10:30 mass is less traditional, more contemporary. Come as you are includes the Pastor too. I'm a new member for almost a year now. God called me and I came. No regrets.
