The only thing was a little disappointing is they were supposed to call us when our stuff came in and didn't.
We like going into furnish123, it has nice things at great prices. It always smells awesome with their candles around the store. Nice employees, let's you shop and look, not pressured.

Furnish 123 is the best furniture store in our area!! Super warm atmosphere when you walk in and great prices! Most of all they are so helpful, so accommodating, and so very willing to go above and beyond their duties to please the customer! Will ALWAYS shop there for my home decor and more!!
We walked in the store looking for a coat tree! We have been (not actively) looking for a couch for years and have not found won till we walked into Furnish 123 and decided to sit in our new couch. Dan was not pushy and made us feel very welcome. No pressure.
Our first time in there we bought something on the way out! The gal that helped us was amazing. She lead us to what we were looking for, and did a great job knowing exactly what she was talking about. She wasn't pushy and listened to what we need/looking for. Plus with our purchase we were awarded with either a free area rug or a set of lamps! Brownie points there! They also have a referral program, which then allows you to earn points for your future purchases. Even though we didn't use it, they offer financing programs, which will be great for bigger future purchases! I am overly satisfied with everything this company has to offer! The brands were up to date, the selection was amazing, and the prices are definitely competitive! Great experience! I know where I'll be getting the rest of our home furnishings and decor
