They've always done a decent job on my hair (I'm picky about length) and there's little wait time when you check in with the app. (I've had wait times over an hour when it's busy without the app.) The stylists who've worked on my hair have always been cheerful and enthusiastic about my undercut, even though it's atypical for women in my area.
