Honestly I have to say I didn't mind the place but a staff member today was extremely rude. I was on the phone with my grandmother because we had a tornado touch down near home. My son slipped his hand out of my hand and he took off through the mall. At this point I took off after him and Zimmerman was I don't know if they were closing or what but left their closing gate partially open. I ran in after my son. A woman looked down as my son was running TOWRADS an open door where they work on things I'm assuming and she didn't even move a pretty little muscle to try and catch him. But she did give me a lecture on how I should pay more attention to my child than my phone. I said there was no need to be rude I was trying to get him but u sure didn't care to help did you and she kept yelling back at me. Now I like this store but you lost a customer Zimmermans. I don't appreciate it and if she was any concerns for my child, maybe she should have at least tried to close the door. Better yet it would have been great if they didn't leave the doors open the way they do in the first place!
Absolutely horrible!! My boyfriend bought me a ring from here and had it on layaway. When he went to pick it up they had sold it. He got another one which they stated was white gold, but when i took it to get sized they said it was sterling so i asked if it was going to turn my finger black and they said "oh no, we've NEVER had that problem before" after I picked it up from being sized I wore it home and then went to bed. I woke up about 6 hours later and sure enough my finger had a black ring around it!! My boyfriend went back and complained and said he wanted to exchange it or put it towards an upgrade and they said he couldn't do that. So they cleaned it and put some sort of barrier on it that worked for a short while. Then not even a month later, I noticed that I was missing a diamond. I called them and they said to bring it in and that its under warranty and they would fix it for free. My boyfriend brought it back in and they said it looked intentional and that we'd have to pay for it to be fixed. Really? I called and talked to a lady that was just plain rude! I had surgery on my shoulder 4 days after i started wearing it and haven't done anything since then because I'm on medical leave. And like I'd intentionally make my diamond fall out so i can pay to get it replaced. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! They are liars! Ever heard of a little something called CUSTOMER SERVICE?! They scam you and WAY overcharge! And the salespeople are rude!
