I just think the hours suck. I work every day during the same hours. How am I supposed to get things done with them. Oh yeah I have to give up my lunch break because they can't stay open late just one night a week. Good old government operations. Oh and sometimes the people that work there make you feel stupid and they can be rude.
I drove over an hour away to get here. When i got to the lady at the front desk she couldn't give me direction of how to get a replacement title. She just sent me home saying there's nothing I can do.

Smooth process getting a new license, new plates and car title transferred. I brought in all my documents, they walked me through the forms I needed to fill out, filled the forms out, got a number ticket, waited 5 minutes, answered a few questions and lastly paid the fees. Other than the fees, it was painless and pretty quick.
