We were welcomed as we came in the door, had a restful nights sleep after enjoying the very clean whirlpool, and had a very delightful breakfast. Clean rooms, comfy bed, and quiet! We could not have asked for more; each of the employees were kind, considerate and very personable! If we are ever in Rice Lake again, it will be a place to stay-- we wish that all hotel employees were this kind and friendly!
Staff was fast and friendly. After a long drive they were very helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice.I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Best Western Inn of Rice Lake is, by far, the "best" choice for a hotel stay in the Rice Lake Wisconsin area. The property is extremely well kept up with clean and comfortable rooms. The employees are personable and truly care about providing a comfortable stay. The hot breakfast offers many choices along with an attendant making freshly scrambled eggs. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world in my life and this property meets my 5-star criteria: Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, soft towels and caring employees.
Friendly service equivalent to $500 plus night hotels in big cities like Miami, but with small town hospitality. It's been a very long time since I've stayed in a hotel this good. Coffee also great for us Truck Drivers that like it simple and black.
