Careless and Disrespectful crooks. They overcharged for Services. Labor starts when plumber leaves last job and not when he arrives to your property. It took our plumber 1/2 from his last job to get to our house. That's $80/hr! Plus they charge a $50 truck fee. Our parts costed more than double than it would have if we were to purchase them ourselves. We had 2 small jobs/leaks for him to fix. He fixed the easy one and said the other one was too hard and didn't want to do it. He tightened something so that it would at least stop leaking, but what do I do if it starts leaking again? Call a plumber? **** that! He also parked sideways in our driveway blocking my husband and I in, with half his van in the road blocking traffic. He didn't give us any kind of idea what the charges would be before he left, not even a rough estimate. He left our house dirty after he finished his job. There was a big water spill where he worked. He left hardened sodder all over the floor for my kids to step on, or cats to eat. Not good! He used the top of our white washing machine as a bench to hold his tools while he worked. His tools scratched the top of machine and left rust spots.

Short version: Charged for estimate by calling it something else, charged me for work to fix their own bad work, charged $45 for a trip fee (1.4 mi), overstated the amount of time they worked. Refused to reduce price even when called out on the estimate and call-back to fix the problem.

Long Version: Through my contractor I hired Wiersgalla to move some pipes in my basement, it is a heated water radiator system that runs throughout the house. They charged for the initial visit (the estimate) of an hour of work at $85. They charged for a $45 trip charge (I live 1.4 miles from the Rice Lake Weirsgalla). After the work was done, I immediately heard a loud sound when my boiler was making noises, there was air in the system, the same day they finished working. I called, they came out the next week, and fixed it. AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR 1.5 HRS OF WORK. This is all on top of the fact that my contractor was here the day they performed the work, and claimed they were only actually here

HOME OWNER BEWARE, hidden charges abound.
