These guys really know hot tubs. I've had 2 totally different problems and they came right out and fixed them immediately - and explained exactly what was wrong. The second service call was when the circuit breaker tripped when I wasn't home - freezing the plumbing...they came out, pulled the ice from the lines and fired it up.
Bought a used spa. Was told if traded up within a year would get full price that paid. Within a year wanted a new one, jerked us around and told best could do was 500 less than I paid. Liked spa so did anyway. 2 Years later new spa developed a leak. Tried to get replacement part. Never called back or responded. Advice... go somewhere else. Guy just wants to sell but not want to be bothered with service after.
