Called to get my dog in who might have lymes and got rejected. Well run
I have taken my dogs here for years and was very pleased up until I had requested that my youngest dog's records get transferred to a closer Vet.Clinic since I recently moved. However, I wanted my elderly dogs records to remain at Bear Creek since they have known her for years and my dog trusted them (as did I). My dog is now a senior and is experiencing some medical issues and I wanted her to be seen by Dr. Erickson. Much to my dismay and disappointment, since they faxed BOTH my dog's records to the other veterinarian they would not see my senior dog any longer. I asked why they sent both records over when I clearly asked for only my one dog. They said I would need to contact my "New Vet" as they wouldn't see my senior dog anymore. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of compassion and (I felt) rudeness in their return call.
I have brought my pets here since the early 90's. They give great care and they don't break the bank when it's time to pay.
Most compassionate vet I have ever been too.
