The staff in the body shop were courteous and always informed me of and changes and when they were in need of keeping the car longer than expected. We bought an equinox a few weeks ago, these guy's were a pleasure to work with, this is a very professional and clean place. They worked with us on a price and we got the price we wanted, very reasonable. We took the car back last week to have them check out the back up camera, it has a build up of something in the lense, so they are replacing the camera for free. They have a nice service center with a nice waiting lounge with a mini fridge stocked full of beverages while you wait. This place is so much nicer than the Ford dealership we were at in Barron. I highly recommend these guys!
