Bought a used Ford edge, love the vehicle. Have had some problems within first couple days of ownership. I understand that the dealer can't possibly predict future failures but happened within 10 miles of driving. Test drove in the rain so didn't see any fluid leakage, my bad. This is the first car I've financed, so maybe this is normal? They are covering 50% of repair costs. Better then nothing I guess. I should add that Buck Richie was excellent and very patient as I had my 2 yr old with. I have had great customer service also. I have been very pleased with the dealership, wish the vehicle didn't have problems so soon.

We worked with Josh and George and they were spectacular. Not only that but when we went in the first thing we saw was a Truck on the lobby floor FULL of coats and Jackets they collected for charity. I mean they care about you and the community.
I am simply just ecstatic with the purchase of our New Ford Edge. I am from Appleton and there is a reason that we bypass the probably 20 dealers in between us, Because hands down Link is the best Ford Dealership in the state.. Brisky was our guy and he is now Family. I don't like salespeople, but I love this guy!!!!
Every time I got my oil changed there they would tell me a list of things that needed to be done to my car. So brought list to different shop and my car was fine nothing was needed except new tires. Don't like the way they do business so won't go there anymore.
