Onother example, friend took his Honda Pilot here to have a new heli-coil put in one of the spark plug holes!! F&F destroyed the head attempting this very simple task!!! Cost my friend over $3500 for new cylinder head and installation after having to have this car hauled to a Honda dealership for repairs!!!!! One last example, person I know took her Mitsubishi Eclipse here to have some minor engine work done. She picked the car up when it was finished and didn't even make it home before the engine had a catastrophic failure on the side of the road leaving her stranded!!! Her bill to correct F&F's screw-up on her engine was over $2000!!!!!

I just moved into town and the engine light went on in my Volvo. Jerry got me in that day, did a scan, cleared the issue and did the work promptly so I could make another commitment. The work only took 15-20 minutes and there was no charge. I needed an oil change a couple weeks later and made a same day appointment, work was done promptly and at a very good price. I have found my go-to auto shop and just moved into town!
To be 100% upfront and perfectly honest, I wouldn't trust this place to adjust the chain on a bicycle!!! I can name 1/2 dozen people who's cars this place has royally effed up, one being my dads' Nissan Maxima!! Dad took his Nissan here to have a new timing belt put on. They put a new one on alright, problem is, they put it on WRONG!!! Bent the valves and destroyed the head because the timing belt was installed wrong which in turn made the engine timing wrong!!! Dad ended up having to have his car HAULED to Nissan for repairs which cost over $3000!!!!!
Excellent service and very fair prices! I've been taking my vehicle to F&F for years, and they provide me with the peace of mind in knowing that it operates smoothly and safely. Sooooooooooo, anyone considering taking their car here for repairs, you've been warned!!!!! Do so at your own risk, these guys at F&F are about as bad as they come as far as being mechanics!!!!
Fixed our Honda when the emission light came on. Very pleased to not have to take the car to Eau Claire.
