Prompt service and knowledgeable staff
I went in this morning to inquire about new tires, my car was quite scary to drive with just a little snow and I was worried everytime the roads were the least bit iffy. Tim, although visibly very busy, not only took the time to explain the pros and cons of each of my options, but he was also very friendly and personable. He was great and I now have a car that does not worry me to drive in snow. This is why I go to the tire professionals. Thanks again Tim for the piece of mind...

These guys are Great! They had our new spare tire out to the trailer before my dad had finished the paperwork. We started removing lugs and the young man who brought the tire ran back inside, got an impact wrench, and replaced the thing in just a couple minutes. This was above and beyond what we paid for and he wasn't obligated to do it. Just good Old fashioned kindness. The same guy also found us a couple electrical components to fix the wiring that got trashed when the tire blew. Again....above and beyond. Model of how customer service is supposed to look
