First this is Sam DOBBINS, The SEARS employees were cool, But somewhere in the process of returning my chainsaw for repair or replacement ,things went BAD. It has been going on close to two months,made many phone calls with no or little resolve .also several wasted trips to the store.Finally and Hopefully today it will be resolved.I am trying to upgrade to a little bigger saw, That now is the same price or close to the price i paid for mine originally. well on saturday 8-30-14 made another trip there and "NOTHING" Today I Pray, let this be over, I have lost one tree job, put off one, and passed one several. As of now no saw and clenched JAW.Some compensation is the right thing to do, only Time will tell . and i will update after my trip there today.
