Rude greeters . Rude kids working there . Haven't been back since. That was third time of greeters were rude . Had great friend's there . But new people and are rude !!
Honestly, the only reason I ever come back here is because I hope that they’ve improved...but they never do. The staff is terrible; not friendly and very unattentive. The food yesterday afternoon took over an hour to get to us, we made comments to 2 different waitresses on how long we had been waiting, both didn’t say anything, acting like the didn’t hear us and walked away. Not only did we continue to wait, but once the wait was finally over the disappointment only furthered. The food is nothing special and the portions are small. I don’t think I’ll give here another chance after our latest experience.

I only stop here about every 2-3 months. But I Enjoy it every time I am there! From Drinks to the Appetizers, the Main Dinner to the Dessert, it's all Wonderful! With Great Service from the Greeter when I walk in, the Bartender/Server (i normally sit at the Bar as I go alone) to the Person opening the Door for me when I am leaving!! And I were to have an issue of any kind they are always willing to work with/help me in any way they can. The staff there is all about Customer Service!
