Just went through drive-thru. As guy was handing me my drink, he said "Watch the lid." I repeat....as I was grabbing the drink he said this. This gives me no time to do what he says. Sure enough it pops off and soda runs down the sleeve of my coat, on the seat of my car, and on the door. I said "Can I get a rag please?" He didn't offer one. He said, "Uhm, here" and hands me a wad of dry napkins. He said "Is this ok?" I said "No, it's sticky soda and you got it all over my car and my clothes. I would like a wet rag, please." He said "Uhm, I don't know if I can do that..." But I persist and he gives me one. I said "May I have some compensation? A coupon for a free item or something? You just spilled soda all over me." I wasn't yelling or irate at all. I was matter-of-factly (and okay, maybe a bit coldly) walking HIM through decent customer service. When I asked for compensation, he just paused and stared, and said "Sure, I will get you another rag." I said "No, a coupon." It was as if he was trying to get out of it. Like if he pretended he didn't hear what I asked, I'd just forget about it. I work in customer service myself. I don't work with food, but if I somehow got something sugary and sticky all over my customer I would actively offer to make it right and help the person clean up. I would drop everything I was going and do that. This guy did the absolute bare minimum. If I would have said nothing, all that would have happened is he would've said, "Sorry the lids have been doing that lately," and I would have driven off all wet and sticky, without so much as even a dry a wad of napkins. I called after I left, because I wanted to suggest to the manager he stress to his employees the importance of treating people right. They didn't even answer their phone. Not a busy night at all. Just a dive place. Kids that don't care, manager that doesn't care much. But what else is new?
Love the food, but at times seems those preparing it don't take the time to make it neat... sometimes burgers are half off buns and condiments are oozing out making eating and enjoying a bit sloppy and hard
The burger was ok. It would have been better if it had been hot. Everything was barely warm. Kind of gross. My first time eating there and probably my last.
Just went through drive through, asked for zesty sauce, was charged for it, and ONCE AGAIN I was not given any zesty sauce!!!! Would give 5 stars if I got all my items through drive through that were paid for and BK picked up there services at night. Food is usually good, except not so tasty with the night crew where it tastes dry and old.
I ordered a double Whopper with cheese, no tomato. I got a double Whopper with tomato, no cheese. My wife ordered a ham, egg and cheese crescent. Her sandwich looked mangled. Oh, and no napkins were provided. Since we went through the drive through, we did not return to complain.
Very dissatisfied!
